Ms. Bibolli was appointed General Manager at ProCredit Bank in Kosovo in April 2019.
She joined ProCredit Bank in 2001. In 2003, she was appointed Risk Manager of ProCredit Bank Kosovo, and in 2006 was named Chief Financial Officer. She joined the Management Board of ProCredit Bank Kosovo in October 2007 and was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in April 2008.
Ms Bibolli has an undergraduate degree from the Economics Faculty of Korça University in Albania, and in 2005 she obtained an MBA from Bradford University in England in cooperation with Nimbas Universiteit in the Netherlands. Additionally, in July 2009 she graduated from the ProCredit Management Academy in Fürth, Germany.
In addition to her duties at ProCredit Bank Kosovo, she also holds responsibilities within the ProCredit group as a member of the Audit Committee of ProCredit Bank Ukraine (since January 2012) and as a member of the Board of Directors of ProCredit Bank Ecuador (since September 2014).
Mr. Shpend Balija is the CEO at ILLYRIA INSURANCE and Member of Board of Directors at the European Investors Council in Kosovo which serves to eliminate business barriers for Foreign Direct Investment. He has extensive business management experience locally and internationally in various industries including: Insurance, Banking, Petroleum and Telecommunications.
Born in Greece on 15.03.1964, he got his degree in BSc in Marine Engineering, National Technical University of Athens, Greece.
From November 1990 to October 1992 he had joined the Elko Marine Ltd, Greece, by being responsible for naval design, technical repairs and inspections, whilst, from 1992 -1992 he had joined the Helmatec Ltd, Greece, by being responsible for ship repairs. From 1993 - 1999 he had joined the Zambelis-Farmakis S.A., Greece, holding the position of Technical Manager.
He moved to TITAN Group on July 1999, initially as a Technical Supervisor and Chief Engineer of its’ maritime subsidiary Naftitan S.A., Greece, up to December 2003 and afterwards as Marine Transport Senior Manager from January 2004 up to April 2008.He had served as Plant Manager at Elefsina Cement Plant, Greece, and afterwards as Plant Manager of Patras Cement Plant, Greece, from 2010 - 2017.
In 2017, he was appointed in the position of Managing Director of Sharrcem SH.P.K., Kosovo, where he is still present by being responsible of all of its’ operations in Kosovo. Sharrcem was founded in 1936, being the only cement plant in the country, located by the southern border, whilst it became a member of TITAN Group since 2010, implementing the highest international standards and integrated at all operating levels, still remaining the leading supplier of cement in Kosovo.
Since his arrival in the country in early 2017, he has been continuously serving as a member of the EIC Board, remaining actively engaged year to date.
Afrore is a Director in the Tax & Legal Department at Deloitte Kosova. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in Accounting and Taxation from London Guildhall University (England) and is a member of the Society of Certified Accountants and Auditors in Kosovo (SCAAK). Prior to joining Deloitte in 2007, Afrore started her career with Simmons Gainsford LLP, a London-based company.
She is a highly recommended tax advisor in the Kosovo market. The main focus of her work is advising foreign investors operating in the market. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, tax advisory services, tax due diligence and tax litigation in a wide range of clients and industries, mostly focusing on the energy, transportation, construction and banking sectors.
She was a member of the Independent Review Board of Appeals from November 2010 to January 2012 and is a member of the British Chamber of Commerce. Currently, she is a member of the AmCham Tax Committee. Afrore is fluent in the Albanian and English languages.
