As one of the well-known serial entrepreneurs in Kosovo, Visar Ramajli started everything connected to ICT. He is the first Microsoft Certified Systems engineers and Microsoft Certified Trainers in the country, specializing in Microsoft Systems and Security.
KIVO L.L.C., the largest plastics packaging company in Kosovo, and one of the most advanced ones in the Western Balkans market, was a natural progression in flexible printing and packaging for Mr. Ramajli. As a joint investment between Kosovo and Dutch partners.
His experience in IT industry in Kosovo helped him establish the company “Information Technology Center”, which seized its operations in 2003. Shortly after, he joined forces with 4 other partners to establish CACTTUS, a company that at present stands as a leader in ICT industry in Kosovo, employing over 90 full time and 60 part time staff.
Mr.Ramajli is founder and co-owner of many successful companies such us: VM3, REKS, KUDOS, Bonevet Kacanik, etc.
He correctly serves in the board of: European Investors Council as President of the Board, American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo as General Secretary, CDF (Community Development Fund) as Board Member, Bonevet Kacanik as President of the Board, NGO Gjethias honorary member.
Robert has over 35 years of banking experience of which 20 years have been in international banking. For the last 11 years Robert has been Chief Executive Officer of Raiffeisen Bank in Kosovo and for 6 years prior to this he was Retail Board Member for Raiffeisen Bank Albania. Before that he worked for a Bank in Saudi Arabia as General Manager for Business Development.
Robert’s expertise and experience is in areas such as change management, employee engagement and creating customer focused cultures. He regularly presents at international banking conferences and has been chairman of the Kosovo Banking Association for many years.
Robert’s interests include long distance running, travel and the renovation of a 200 year old house in France.
Ms. Bibolli was appointed General Manager at ProCredit Bank in Kosovo in April 2019.
She joined ProCredit Bank in 2001. In 2003, she was appointed Risk Manager of ProCredit Bank Kosovo, and in 2006 was named Chief Financial Officer. She joined the Management Board of ProCredit Bank Kosovo in October 2007 and was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in April 2008.
Ms Bibolli has an undergraduate degree from the Economics Faculty of Korça University in Albania, and in 2005 she obtained an MBA from Bradford University in England in cooperation with Nimbas Universiteit in the Netherlands. Additionally, in July 2009 she graduated from the ProCredit Management Academy in Fürth, Germany.
In addition to her duties at ProCredit Bank Kosovo, she also holds responsibilities within the ProCredit group as a member of the Audit Committee of ProCredit Bank Ukraine (since January 2012) and as a member of the Board of Directors of ProCredit Bank Ecuador (since September 2014).
Born in Greece on 15.03.1964, he got his degree in BSc in Marine Engineering, National Technical University of Athens, Greece.
From November 1990 to October 1992 he had joined the Elko Marine Ltd, Greece, by being responsible for naval design, technical repairs and inspections, whilst, from 1992 -1992 he had joined the Helmatec Ltd, Greece, by being responsible for ship repairs. From 1993 - 1999 he had joined the Zambelis-Farmakis S.A., Greece, holding the position of Technical Manager.
He moved to TITAN Group on July 1999, initially as a Technical Supervisor and Chief Engineer of its’ maritime subsidiary Naftitan S.A., Greece, up to December 2003 and afterwards as Marine Transport Senior Manager from January 2004 up to April 2008.He had served as Plant Manager at Elefsina Cement Plant, Greece, and afterwards as Plant Manager of Patras Cement Plant, Greece, from 2010 - 2017.
In 2017, he was appointed in the position of Managing Director of Sharrcem SH.P.K., Kosovo, where he is still present by being responsible of all of its’ operations in Kosovo. Sharrcem was founded in 1936, being the only cement plant in the country, located by the southern border, whilst it became a member of TITAN Group since 2010, implementing the highest international standards and integrated at all operating levels, still remaining the leading supplier of cement in Kosovo.
Since his arrival in the country in early 2017, he has been continuously serving as a member of the EIC Board, remaining actively engaged year to date.
With more than 21 years’ of strategic leadership and corporate experience in European telecoms, Robert leads IPKO in its mission to continue being Kosovars first choice for communication and entertainment. Under Robert’s management, IPKO saw great transformation in mobile – now a market leader in mobile broadband (3G & 4G).
In his term, Robert successfully kept IPKO as an indisputable first in many business segments, including digital television and internet, where IPKO holds nearly 50 percent market share. Mr. Erzin holds a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Ljubljana.
Mr. Shpend Balija is the CEO at ILLYRIA INSURANCE and Member of Board of Directors at the European Investors Council in Kosovo which serves to eliminate business barriers for Foreign Direct Investment. He has extensive business management experience locally and internationally in various industries including: Insurance, Banking, Petroleum and Telecommunications.
Mr. Lumezi graduated from the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Economics.
In 2000 he started working at ProCredit Bank as Director of Internal Audit Department. Since 2005 he has been in the New Bank of Kosovo (BRK) as General Manager. Since January 2008, Mr. Lumezi is President of the Management Board at NLB Banka.
During his career, Mr. Lumezi has completed various specializations in finance and financial institutions for managing funds, liquidity, internal controls, auditing, risk management, product management in financial services, etc. Some of the specializations and training he attended were: Ljubljana Banking School for Bankers, ProCredit Banking Academy in Frankfurt, Barents Group, Commerzbank in Prague, Trainings Marcus Evans in London, Leadership Training at the Leadership Institute in Tirana etc.
Since 2005, Mr. Lumezi is actively involved in the Kosovo Banking Association. In 2019, Albert Lumezi was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kosovo Banking Association for a two-year term.
Mr. Lumezi has been a member of the Kosovo-American Education Fund and the European Investors Council, and is currently a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo.
Saimir Dhamo (October 10, 1963) is the Chief Executive Officer of SIGAL UNIQA Group Austria sh.a in Kosovo as well as a Member of the Management Board of SIGAL UGA LIFE Kosovo. Mr. Dhamo holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of SIGAL UNIQA Group Austria sh.a Kosovo since 03.09.2018. Sigal Uniqa Group Austria in Kosovo is the leading and most successful insurance market company in Kosovo and the Region.
He graduated from the University of Tirana (1982-1987). Mr. Dhamo has also received a number of different qualifications and trainings inside and outside the country for: ‘Management of insurance companies:‘ in Italy (1998) ’,‘ Management of Insurance Companies ’, in Paris (2000) etc.
Mr. Dhamo is part of Sigal Uniqa Group Austria from 1999, from 2004 to 2018 he was the Chief Executive Officer in Uniqa of Northern Macedonia and from 2018 he continues to hold the position of Chief Executive Officer of SIGAL UNIQA Group Austria sh.a Kosovo.
Afrore is a Director in the Tax & Legal Department at Deloitte Kosova. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in Accounting and Taxation from London Guildhall University (England) and is a member of the Society of Certified Accountants and Auditors in Kosovo (SCAAK). Prior to joining Deloitte in 2007, Afrore started her career with Simmons Gainsford LLP, a London-based company.
She is a highly recommended tax advisor in the Kosovo market. The main focus of her work is advising foreign investors operating in the market. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, tax advisory services, tax due diligence and tax litigation in a wide range of clients and industries, mostly focusing on the energy, transportation, construction and banking sectors.
She was a member of the Independent Review Board of Appeals from November 2010 to January 2012 and is a member of the British Chamber of Commerce. Currently, she is a member of the AmCham Tax Committee. Afrore is fluent in the Albanian and English languages.
